Yes, if you have paid at a store with your Extraordinary card and the retailer/vendor is refunding your purchase, the refund can be processed to your Extraordinary account.
However, it could take a few business days to be processed and show up, as per the bank's processing time.
If the retailer is claiming that a refund has been processed but it is not showing on your end, you can get a proof of refund from the retailer and contact our Support team here and we'll investigate this further for you.
