You can unblock your Extraordinary card directly through your Extraordinary account.
- Login to your Extraordinary account

Once logged in, locate the section for card management at the bottom of the page.
- Select the option to block or unblock your card. Follow the prompts or instructions provided to confirm and complete the process.
Alternatively, you can contact the Health & Wellbeing representative of your organisation, who looks after the HealthNow account for your organisation and they can block or unblock the card on your behalf.
