You can freeze and unfreeze your Extraordinary card directly through your Extraordinary account.
- Login to your Extraordinary App or the website

Once logged in, locate the section for card management.
- Select the option to frezze or unfreeze your card. Follow the prompts or instructions provided to confirm and complete the process.
Alternatively, you can contact the HR representative of your organisation, who looks after the Extraordinary account for your organisation and they can block or unblock the card on your behalf.
