You can change/reset your password following the below steps:
-Login to the Extraordinary App or go to https://my.extraordinarypay.com/ and enter your email address
-On the next page, click on 'Reset Password.' A code will be sent to your registered email
-Enter the code you received and click 'Continue'
-Add a new password and click 'Continue.' Your new password is now set.
