How do I change my PIN?

Forgot your PIN or want to change it? Please check below:

Digital Cards:
you do not require a PIN for digital cards.

Physical cards:

Head to the Extraordinary App and log in with your email and password.

1. Go to the 'Cards' screen, and look for the image of your card. Select the "Change your PIN" button.
2. Enter a 4-digit number and select "Next".
3. Confirm the 4-digit number and select "RESET PIN".

Once you have set up the PIN, you no longer have to wait. Your card is ready to be used.
