To access the Extraordinary account and check your balance after receiving your card, follow these steps:
Extraordinary App:
-if you do not have the app, you can install the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
-Once you've installed the App, please login with your registered email and password.
-On the 'Home' screen, you can view your total available balance.
-If you'll go to the 'Accounts' screen, you can view the breakdown of your available balance, i.e. balance available under each allowance.
Extraordinary Web App:
Type or paste the following URL into the address bar of your web browser: https://my.extraordinarypay.com or Navigate to the Extraordinary App.
Login to Your Account:
-Once the Extraordinary app webpage loads, you will see the login section.
-Enter your username and password associated with your Extraordinary account.
-Click on the "Login" or "Sign In" button to access your account.
-After logging in, you will be directed to your Extraordinary account dashboard.
Your current balance and transaction history will be displayed on the homepage of your account.
If you do not have any balance remaining, you can either wait for the next renewal (if you organisation has selected that option) or reach out to you HR for more information.
