Installing the Extraordinary App on your Android phone will allow you to access the full range of Extraordinary features including:

• Adding your card to your Google Wallet
• Viewing your account balances
• Reviewing transaction history
• Seeing the categories of stores where your card will be accepted
• Resetting your PIN
• Updating your details
• Contacting Extraordinary Support

Follow these steps to install the Extraordinary App

1. Download the Extraordinary App
2. Log in using the email address your employer used to set up your profile
3. Enter your password. If you don't remember your password select "Reset Password" and you will be sent an email with the steps to reset.
