How can I activate my Extraordinary card after receiving it?

As soon as you receive your Extraordinary card, you can start using it by following these steps:

Physical Card

Activate Your Card using the Extraordinary App:

• Download and sign in to the Extraordinary App from the Apple or Google stores
• Select "Cards" on the bottom menu
• Set your PIN

Activate Your Card via the web portal:

• Login to https://my.extraordinarypay.com/
• Click activate card
• Set your PIN

Start Using Your Card:

Once you have activated your card and set your PIN, it will be ready for use within the approved health sectors permitted by your employer.
Please check the your Extraordinary account for the list of accepted service categories where you can use your card.

First in-person payment:

• Insert card into the payment terminal
• Select 'Credit' on the payment machine
• Enter your PIN

After you have inserted your card for your first payment, you can insert, tap or purchase online for all future payments.

Digital Card

You do not need to activate a digital card as it gets activated as soon as its issued for you.
You can add the digital card to your Apple/Google wallet and start using it.
